1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.

  • Items sold under clearance, discount, or final sale promotions.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification.
